F.A.Q.
CAN YOU PROVIDE EVERY NEED I HAVE?
Whether you need assistance at home, in the hospital, or an assisted living facility, we CAN meet your needs. We provide care that meets all your functional needs. We offer and assist with the following: light housekeeping, laundry, meals, grocery shopping, bathing/ grooming, medication reminders, transportation, and doctors' appointments. We even help with dreaded tasks like correspondence and communicating with monthly bill management.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE AGING GRACEFULLY IN-HOME CARE FOR MY NEEDS?
Aging Gracefully In-Home Care for seniors has been in business for 20 years. Our mission has never changed, quality assistance to our clients with a very personal touch. We are privately owned and operated. Your primary concern maybe who will provide my care? Our primary concern is YOU, and not only who will provide the care you need, but how can we best manage the care you receive.
We keep three fundamental things in mind.
1. Are you receiving the care we set up initially?
2. Are there changes that need attention?
3. Do you have a support system that allows you to live your best life?
Your care is individualized. You are part of our family with constant contact with our caregivers, and your feedback WE ARE PROUD TO SAY WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
CAN YOU TAKE ME TO THE DOCTOR?
We provide transportation to and from doctors' appointments. If you desire and we complete a privacy form, we can even go in with you and take notes regarding and documenting what is said. We can be a second pair of ears if you so desire, if not, we will wait for you in the waiting room.
WILL I HAVE THE SAME CAREGIVER?
If you need immediate care, we will send a screened, bonded professional to meet your needs. If you want to interview several caregivers before beginning care, we will arrange appointments around your schedule and then assign a permanent caregiver of your choice.
ARE YOU A FRANCHISE?
NO! Initially, we were in a small group of In-Home Personal assistant services that served the Dallas Area, and we considered Franchising. After a full review of franchised companies, we noticed many investors wanted to jump in on the money they believed they could make off the baby boomer generation. Most of our competitors had no experience in health care, no understanding of Aging or the challenges seniors face with finances, health, isolation, transportation, and overall daily living needs. Aging Gracefully has always relied on advice from social workers, nurses, hospice professionals, physicians, and activity advisors. We quickly realized that our company utilized such a broad spectrum of professionals that it would be utterly impossible in good conscience to control the factors that we believe have led to our success.
