Senior Care Dallas
Aging Gracefully In-Home Care for Seniors
provides Senior Care to the Seniors of Dallas Texas
So what does this mean?
Well, it means that we, as a company, thought about what we wanted for our elders. We thought about our grandparents, our parents, and our future. We wanted to provide a service that provided companionship, so our seniors did not have to spend the end of their lives alone. We decided to provide quality care so that all our client's needs are met regardless of the environment.
We thought about them spending time at home alone.
We thought about the long days and their environment, about the numerous doctors' appointments. We recognized the daily tasks of running a home. Things like grocery shopping, laundry, linens, cleaning, meals, medications, can be overwhelming; those tasks can become overwhelming with age. We also thought about the family who loves and cares for their family members.
We understood that as an adult child of a senior citizen managing their care could be difficult. We concerned about all the responsibilities of the adult child. We recognized that adult children of seniors have their own family, job, and children, and the added burden of managing the seniors' home might be overwhelming.
We thought about them spending time in the hospital.
We decided we could provide an aide to sit with them so they would never have to be alone and that aide could act as an advocate for patient care. They could monitor and assure all meds are correctly given, and food was delivered and that they had someone to cut their food and make sure they ate it. We wanted to make sure when the doctor ordered tests, someone was there to provide answers to questions. WE wanted to make sure if the family was not there when the doctor arrived, someone could act as a second pair of ears and relay that information to the family.
We thought about them spending time in Skilled nursing or Rehab.
We wanted to provide someone who could assist the client in the bathroom when no one was around. We wanted to be able to provide security and encouragement after the physical therapist left the room. Someone who could make sure the client was moving forward and working on their exercises and skills — someone who would continue to encourage the senior and reinforce his or her confidence.
We thought about them spending time in a nursing home.
We wanted to provide our seniors confined to a nursing home in Dallas, someone who made sure they are given their medications as ordered by working with the staff. We wanted to help the overstaffed nursing home by helping our client and assure at mealtime their food would be cut and make sure they received the nutritional value they needed. We wanted to make sure they did not develop bedsores buy, turning them, and changing them as needed.
